Forum Rules

Welcome to MultibaggerShares MMB. This is a community for Indian stock discussion. Please follow these rules — they keep the Forum useful and legal.

1. No stock tips or recommendations

  • You may NOT post “buy X at target Y with stop loss Z” unless you are a SEBI-registered Research Analyst and disclose your registration number in the same post.
  • You may share your own thesis, valuation, risk factors, and reasoning.
  • You may discuss your own buy/sell decisions in past tense (“I bought X at 500 because…”).

2. No pump-and-dump

  • Coordinated promotion of penny stocks, circular trading, and market manipulation are criminal offences under SEBI Act 1992.
  • Any account doing this will be permanently banned and reported to SEBI.

3. No paid-tip promotion

  • No promoting Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, or paid-tip services.
  • No affiliate links for brokers or subscription services.
  • Offenders are silenced on first offence.

4. No insider info

  • Sharing unpublished material information about a listed company is a criminal offence under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
  • Immediate permanent ban + SEBI report.

5. Be civil

  • No personal attacks, slurs, threats, or harassment.
  • Disagree with the argument, not the person.
  • Flag bad content — don’t retaliate.

6. Tag your stocks

  • Every thread must have at least one company tag (e.g. RELIANCE, TCS).
  • This is how the “stock board” view works — the tag page becomes the board.

7. Sources

  • Cite your data. “Reuters said X” without a link is low-value.
  • If you share a screenshot of a research report, credit the source.

8. One account per person

  • Duplicate accounts are banned automatically.
  • If you’re banned, making a new account gets the new one banned too.

9. Reporting

  • Flag any post that breaks these rules — click the :warning: icon.
  • For serious issues (doxxing, legal content) email grievance@multibaggershares.com.
  • Grievance Officer responds within 24 hours.
